Recreation Department Director
Bruce DiBisceglie

Bruce has been Mendham Borough's Recreation Director, serving in a part-time capacity since 2003. He is a full-time Special Education educator in Middlesex County teaching Technology, Spanish, Financial Literacy and Music. In Mendham, Bruce is responsible for the Labor Day parade, facility scheduling, concerts, movies, festivals, and the annual community booklet, but he recognizes management of our the award-winning Mendham Day Camp as the most gratifying duty.

Camp Director
Kristel Gallagher 

Kristel has been with Mendham Day Camp for 14 years! Kristel graduated from Rider University with majors in Elementary Education and Psychology and minors in special education and early childhood education. Kristel is currently a special education teacher and has been teaching for 5 years. Kristel loves working with counselors and campers of all ages to make the summer fun and exciting for all!

Nikki Santomo

Nikki Santomo grew up going to Mendham Borough Day Camp every summer and has now worked here for the past 6 years! She loves spending her summers here because not only does she have fun each day, but she is  constantly learning from the children. She loves to bring the same joy to the campers that my counselors were able to provide her as a camper! Nikki is currently a student at Providence College studying to become an Elementary Educator with a specialty in mathematics. Nikki is so excited to meet new campers and reconnect with returning ones this summer!
